  They didnt offer any other alternatives just charge me to hear the washer run and made a loud noice then said need a new one and charged me money. They could have giving more interest in repair or options to replace. Was not at all satisfied so just asked him to leave since he was not going to help or explain. This 15 min of time was $70. Pricey!

  Johnny and jessica are awesome. They found out what was wrong with my dryer fast. And replaced the part on the spot i didnt expect that. I thought they would have to look at it first and order the part but nope they had it on the spot..! It only took them 30 minutes to inspect it and fix it. I was suprised. They are the best definitely will call them again if another appliance breaks. You guys made my day..! =) thank you so much
